With Halloween just a couple days away (Really did I just type that? Time is flying.) we decided to get our pumpkin carving in the other night. You would have thought I told Logan we were headed to Disney world when I asked him if he wanted to carve his pumpkin. He was up flying around the house and couldn't get his boots on fast enough. He had made up his mind that he wanted his pumpkin to have a batman symbol (which is pretty fitting because he will be dressing up as batman for the second year in a row).
The next day we decided to roast the pumpkin seeds. Logan loves just about any seed or nut. We drizzled them with olive oil, sprinkled salt on the top of them, and roasted them. He hasn't stopped snacking on them since. It has been so fun to get into some of the seasonal traditions with him being a little older this year!
