Friday Flick

Last week, as I was looking through adorable videos from when Logan was tiny, I realized that I hardly ever video tape him anymore. I take so many pictures all of the time, but don't take nearly enough videos. My bridesmaids got together and bought me a video camera for my wedding. That was one of the things that I really wanted to have before having a baby. I remember my mom telling me to take newborn videos even if it didn't look like he was doing anything at that age, so I did. I took videos while he slept, when he was waking up, when he was crying, and so much more. I definitely didn't appreciate the value of them then. As much as I loved watching him, I didn't think he was doing anything. Once again, my mom was 100% right in telling me to video tape him even as a newborn. Those are some of my most cherished memories now. I love watching his first smiles and even just watching him sleep.

I realized that I needed to do something to help me remember to take more videos as he grows. With that goal in mind I thought doing a series call "Friday Flick" would be a fun way to incorporate a little piece of our life each week into the blog. I am so bad about doing some things on a schedule every week, but I am going to try to keep up with this. I am sure a lot of times it will be a clip that I liked of Logan throughout the week, but it may just be something fun we did as a family too.

This week's video was from our trip to the farm.
I loved Logan's cute "Bahhh" mimicking the sheep.

[Friday Flick]
A piece of our life captured on film every week.
