Monday was also Logan's last swimming class for the season. We have decided to take the summer off from class and will probably start him up again in the fall. Dan decided to watch again and got a few pictures of us swimming. Logan has started to pick up on some important things when it comes to learning how to swim so we are thankful that he was able to take classes.
They spend a couple minutes each class learning to kick while holding a noodle. |
After swimming Dan took us to a playground that he used to play at when he was little.
I love this one because I can almost hear him laughing just looking at it. He had so much fun on this swing! He had this rolling baby laugh that didn't stop. :) |
After the playground we stopped at Sals for some pizza. Dan wanted pizza for lunch and I was happy that Logan would have something to eat before his nap.
After lunch we went home so that Logan could get a decent nap. Dan and I spent the afternoon out on the deck while Dan put the bicycle trailer together. After Logan woke up we headed over to my mom's for a night filled with family, lobster, corn on the cob, scallops, bicycle rides, and ice cream cake. I love family days. I didn't get many pictures of the evening but here are a couple of the kids enjoying the trailer. Dan said it was the perfect birthday and he wished he could replay the day over and over again.
Eliza and Logan out for a ride. |
