You may have noticed that I have been MIA on here this past week. Monday I had an appointment because of some (minor) health issues I have been having. I was diagnosed with PCOS, which has brought about a whole flood of feelings about the whole thing. I am thankful to finally have an answer to the suspicions that I have had for the past 18 or so months. I am also thankful that we can now start working on ways to heal some of the problems I am having. There are great resources out there with a lot of information on treatments. I have been reading/ researching a lot of those this week which is why I haven't made time for posting.
I wasn't going to share this on my blog just because it is somewhat personal, and it is also a little intimidating to put these things out there for anyone to see. I know that many women are diagnosed with PCOS and are able to manage it very effectively though. So I thought I would open myself up a bit in hopes of getting some advice from anyone else that may be dealing with the same thing. I have done some research on it over the past year thinking that it was a possibility, but would love to hear what has actually been helpful to others. I know that many people manage it naturally, and would love to learn more about that. I won't go into any more detail because I know that this subject doesn't apply much to the majority of you, but if you have any experience with all of this I would love some advice on what has worked well for you. It is always easier to face something with other people that understand so please private message me or comment if you have any advice or experience with this.
Aside from that, we have also been working on potty training a lot more this week. That meant some extra time around the house. I really enjoyed sticking closer to home this week and loved being able to get some cleaning and organizing done. We also had a few fun mornings at the park with some friends. I hope you all had a great week doing what you love to do too!
