Apple Picking & Bee Stings

We decided to go apple picking with the Parrott side of the family yesterday. We all met up for a fun family day at an apple orchard in the area. Logan loved the wagon ride through the orchard. We went back to Grammy and Grumps' house for pizza afterwards. It was such a fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

Poor Logan picked an apple up off of the ground and found out what a bee sting is. It was his first time ever being stung by a bee. He was pretty much a champ though and just cried "buggy buggy buggy" for a few minutes. He told us it was all better when we got in the car about twenty minutes later. His thumb was swollen for a while but it did go down eventually. 

He fell asleep in the car and didn't even wake up at all when we brought him inside. We were grateful for an early night to bed because we are off to Boston for the day today! Hope you all have a wonderful Monday!
