Snack Tray

Our family has been sick this week. Dan and Logan had some type of cold (we don't really know what it was) and I had a stomach bug. I have had so much time to play with Logan, and work on organizing a few things, and of course I have been spending too much time on Pinterest.

One of my favorite new finds was the idea to put little toddler snacks in an ice cube tray so that they have a few different options all in one place. I decided to use the trays that I froze his baby food in when he was a little younger. They are perfect because they have a cover so I can pack healthy snacks for on the go. This was a huge bonus because for the past month or so he has been getting very impatient in stores. I hope that is just a stage. He loves it because he has a lot more variety than if I were to just grab a snack bar. Tonight we brought him to the store and he kept very busy with his tray of food.

This cart cover worked great as a crumb catcher!

EDIT: People have asked where I got my baby food freeze trays. These trays came right from Walmart and also came with the lids (making them a good traveling tray). You can also find them on amazon.
