To close out the week...

A few things I am thankful for this week:

→Spending Logan's nap last Saturday relaxing on the deck with Dan. It was so beautiful outside and the alone time to chat made it a perfect afternoon.

→The above quote. I have needed it about a million times a day this week. Trusting his timing is a constant inner battle for me, but this was just what I needed to be reminded of.

→ The sweet lady that Dan was painting for a few weeks ago, gave him some extra money for an Easter present for Logan. We don't take him to the toy section to pick out whatever he wants very often, so he was thrilled to spend most of the morning browsing. At the end of our trip, he chose a little batman figure and a squirt gun. He has taken batman everywhere since then. It was so sweet of her to give a little boy that she had never met such a nice treat.

→My in laws fixed all of the issues my car was having and even got it inspected for me. They also filled it with gas and added some new tires. It has been such a blessing to have a reliable car again. I am more thankful than they will ever know and just love them so much!

→We have had a few days that have been nice enough for shorts! It was starting to feel like spring was never going to come, but Logan has already taken his four-wheeler out a couple times. We even did a little trail driving this week. :)

→Our family movie nights have been a lot of fun lately. We rented frozen this week and we all loved it. It was the cutest kids movie I have seen in a long time. If you haven't seen it yet... you should!
